Community Gatherings
Our Bloom Gatherings are where connection and impact take root. From celebrating past grants and welcoming new Members to meeting inspiring nonprofits and sharing in volunteer opportunities, our four annual events offer opportunities to cultivate conversation, deepen relationships, and blossom alongside our communities.

Through meaningful volunteer opportunities, you’ll connect with our Partner organizations, support their missions, and meet the people whose lives are touched by our collective gifts. No matter your schedule, there’s a way to get involved and make a difference together.

Becoming a Bloom Member is as simple as it is rewarding.
As a Member of your local Bloom Branch, you can nominate worthy nonprofits, vote in the annual Partner-selection round, and attend a full year of Gatherings.
To join, just choose your Branch, complete your Membership form, and make your Grantmaking Gift—100% of which goes directly to our selected Partner organization. (We encourage Members to join with a Grantmaking Gift of $1,000, but any amount is welcome. Each Branch also sets and collects a small, annual Membership Gift, which goes to support Bloom programming.)

MEET OUR FOUNDER, ELIZABETH BURDETTE
Although my roots are in Texas, I’ve called Atlanta home for most of my life. This is where I met my husband Britton on a blind date and fell in love instantly. Together we are raising three amazing and wild young children, Ada, Draper, and Ozzy (and Weezie, our Boxer).
I’ve been told my superpower is connecting people— to one another and to undiscovered opportunities. I’ve also been blessed beyond my wildest imagination with a beautiful family, incredible friends, and a career I love. That’s why I’ve been inspired to give back in whatever small ways I can and use that superpower for good. I’m passionate about the innate potential of human connection and generosity—and what can Bloom at the intersection of the two.
